Data Deletion Instructions

PaPPo's Marketing Dashboard is an internal tool used by PaPPo's Pizzeria & Pub to manage our own social media accounts. It is not a consumer application and it does not create accounts for members of the public.

We may hold information you have chosen to share with us publicly, such as a comment on one of our posts, a review of one of our restaurants, or a message you sent to one of our accounts.

How to request deletion

Email devin@pappospizzeria.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include:

•  The name or handle on the account you used

•  Which of our social media accounts you interacted with, if you know

•  What you would like removed

What happens next

We will confirm we received your request and complete it within 30 days. We will email you when it is done.

What we can and cannot remove

We can remove information held within our own systems.

Content that lives on Facebook or Instagram itself, such as a comment or review you posted, is controlled by you and by Meta. You can delete it directly through Facebook or Instagram, or request its removal through Meta. We can hide or delete comments left on our own Pages, and we will do that on request.
