About this application
PaPPo's Marketing Dashboard is an internal tool built and operated by PaPPo's Pizzeria & Pub for managing our own social media presence. It is not a consumer product. It is not available to the public, and it is not offered to or used by any other business.
Who can use it
Access is limited to authorized PaPPo's Pizzeria & Pub employees who have been granted a role on the application. No one outside our organization can sign in to or use this application.
What information the application accesses
The application connects to Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts that PaPPo's Pizzeria & Pub owns and operates. Through those connections it may access:
• Content we have published to our own Pages, including posts, photos, and videos
• Aggregate performance and insights data for our own Pages, such as reach, impressions, and engagement counts
• Comments, reviews, and messages that people have chosen to leave on our own Pages
• The list of Pages our authorized employees manage
• If we run advertising through our own advertising accounts, performance data for those accounts
What we do with it
We use this information solely to run our own marketing. That means measuring how our content performs, keeping our business information accurate across locations, responding to customers who contact us, and managing any advertising we run on our own accounts.
What we do not do
• We do not sell this information
• We do not share it with third parties for their own purposes
• We do not use it for advertising targeting outside our own accounts
• We do not access data belonging to any business other than our own
• We do not build profiles of individual people
Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the marketing purposes described above, and in line with the platform terms that apply to it. Data pulled from Meta is retained in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms.
Information people give us directly
If you comment on our posts, leave a review, or send us a message on our social media accounts, that content is visible to us through this application, the same as it is through Meta's own tools. We use it to respond to you and to understand how we are doing.
Requesting deletion
If you would like us to delete information associated with you, see our data deletion instructions or contact us using the details below.
